FOOOV accepts returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags intact.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: All returns require proof of purchase, such as an order number or original invoice.

Final Sale: Certain items (e.g., clearance items, personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Return an Item

Follow the instructions and provide your order number and reason for return.

You may receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the item in its original packaging, attach all necessary documentation, and attach the shipping label.

Refunds: FOOOV will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges: You can exchange the item for a different size, color, or style. FOOOV will ship the new item to you upon receipt of your return.

5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for quality issues will be borne by FOOOV.

Return shipping costs for other issues will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
